Your record remains the source.
Period starts, symptoms and signals stay marked as observations. Missing days remain missing.
A PRIVATE CYCLE JOURNAL THAT SHOWS ITS WORK
A private wellness journal that makes room for variation. It is not healthcare or medical advice and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, conception planning or contraception. Mama Bloom keeps the range, evidence, uncertainty and corrections attached, calculated on your iPhone without a Mama Bloom account, ads or third-party tracking.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF CYCLE APP
Bodies do not move in perfect circles. The Living Loom turns what you actually record into a changing portrait—without hiding the gaps or converting a possibility into a promise.
THE LIVING LOOM
Most trackers hand you one confident-looking date. Mama Bloom preserves what your record can actually support: a weighted range, a wider possibility, and a receipt for the method behind it.
Period starts, symptoms and signals stay marked as observations. Missing days remain missing.
Variation widens the answer. A forecast never silently becomes an observed event.
Correct an entry without erasing that it changed. Open the evidence receipt whenever you need it.
THE RECORD, IN MOTION
Scroll through one observation as it becomes a range, an evidence receipt and a personal pattern.
A new log begins empty. Flow, pain, sleep, mood, temperature and other body observations become part of the record only when you place them there.
Explicit input · visible sourceMama Bloom shows a most-likely period range and the wider possibility your record can support. Variation widens the answer; it never becomes false precision.
Observed and estimated remain separateInspect recorded starts, intervals, exclusions, coverage and the method version behind a forecast. Corrections keep a trace instead of rewriting history.
Reviewable · correctable · versionedPersonal comparisons describe what appears together in your own record. The Learn library gives context without turning correlation into diagnosis or prediction into certainty.
Personal, descriptive, never causalMORE THAN A CALENDAR
Flow, pain, sleep, mood, LH, mucus, basal temperature in °C or °F, notes and more—with no value selected for you.
LH tests, temperature and mucus notes stay exactly as you logged them—dated observations in your own record, never a fertility status, score or conclusion.
Move your record in from Apple Health or a CSV file you exported elsewhere. Mama Bloom shows exactly what the file would add before anything is placed, and importing the same file twice does not double a day.
Choose individual Health categories. Imported wrist temperature remains distinct from basal temperature; on iOS 27, bleeding after menopause and menopausal state can be shared too, and when you limit what Health shares the app says from which date.
Find any past observation by symptom, custom tag or a word from a note—newest first, grouped by month, opening in the ordinary editor. Nothing leaves the phone.
See an uncertainty-aware glance and place quick observations into the protected iPhone record. The Watch keeps showing today’s cycle day for several days without the iPhone app being opened, and a quick log can be taken back for a few seconds.
Choose what belongs in a reflection or appointment PDF. Sensitive categories can stay out, the appointment report states the period it covers, and you can read it through before you share it.
Keep the record behind Face ID and choose when the lock asks again. “Immediately” is the default.
English, German, Spanish, French, Russian and Japanese—with locale-aware dates, decimals and typography.
The default is simply “Open Mama Bloom.” A vague range and quick-action labels appear only when you enable them separately.
While your forecast range is open and nothing is logged yet, Today asks once whether your period has started. Your answer opens the log on the first day; the amount is still yours to choose, and “Not yet” waits until tomorrow.
Off until you choose them. A reminder waits in Notification Center with discreet wording, or appears as a silent banner if you prefer. Never a sound.
An observation logged since version 1.2 keeps the day you logged it when you cross time zones, so your calendar and range read the same in Berlin, New York or Tokyo.
Siri, Spotlight, Shortcuts and the Action button can open Today, Log or Reports—without speaking cycle values or silently saving an observation.
INSIDE THE APP · GENUINE CAPTURE
Genuine iPhone simulator footage—no concept UI. The preview moves from an uncertainty-aware forecast through explicit logging, the living record, personal evidence and private custody.
What the preview showsToday’s uncertainty-aware forecast; private-by-design settings; a blank Log form that assumes no value; the living record and calendar; checkable insights; and the Learn library — genuine on-device footage, no concept UI.
PRIVATE BY ARCHITECTURE
The app stores what you enter because a journal cannot work without a record. That record stays in protected local app storage: Mama Bloom does not receive it. There is no Mama Bloom account, ad or advertising profile, third-party analytics or tracking, developer cloud sync, or Mama Bloom health-data backend.
Read the complete privacy notice →Apple independently handles App Store purchases, optional Health permissions and paired-device services under your Apple settings and Apple’s terms. This website contains no analytics or tracking scripts and sets no analytics or advertising cookies; hosting and security infrastructure still processes ordinary request data needed to serve and protect it.
MAMA BLOOM PRIVATE EDITION · LEARN
This is not the free library behind a lock. Private Edition adds 11 original guided chapters, three commissioned hero artworks, deeper synthesis and a reflection space that remains yours. You can read the first chapter of the edition recommended for you before you decide.

Separate the most-likely period range from its wider uncertainty, inspect what changed, and read the limits before the dates.
Progress + reflection · stored on this device
Shape selected observations into a concise, question-led narrative while keeping the interpretation—and the decision to share—yours.
Progress + reflection · stored on this device
Trace what stays on device, choose what enters an export, and revisit the boundaries around deletion, Apple services and external links.
Progress + reflection · stored on this deviceThe interface and guidance are localized in English, German, Spanish, French, Russian and Japanese and informed by locale-specific regional public-health, care and privacy sources. They are not described as independently locally authored. Native editorial, subject-matter and legal review in every locale is not claimed. Opening an external source leaves Mama Bloom’s protected interface; the browser and destination can receive ordinary network metadata such as an IP address.
THE COMPLETE PRIVATE STUDIO
Compare complete cycles, investigate two observed signals, review how the record changed, and author a private report with only the observations you choose.

BEFORE YOU TRY IT
Mama Bloom is designed and marketed only as a private period and cycle journal and personal wellness tracker. It is not intended for diagnosis, treatment or another medical purpose, and it does not provide healthcare or medical advice. Its estimates can be wrong and are never a substitute for qualified care.
Yes. Mama Bloom records period starts, bleeding context and other observations, then presents a most-likely range and a wider possible range. It keeps predictions visually separate from observations.
Yes. Mama Bloom can bring your history in from Apple Health, by the categories you choose, or from a CSV file you export elsewhere. For a file, it shows exactly what it would add before anything is placed, and importing the same file twice does not double a day. The reading and the writing happen on your iPhone; nothing is sent anywhere.
No. The app must store what you enter in order to work, but Mama Bloom does not receive or collect that cycle record. Its working archive and calculations stay in protected local app storage on your iPhone; the paired Watch can hold a limited snapshot and queued quick logs. There is no Mama Bloom account or health-data backend.
No. The current app has no ads, advertising profile, third-party analytics or tracking SDK, and no developer cloud sync. This website also has no analytics or tracking scripts and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security systems still process ordinary request data needed to serve and protect the site.
Not by default. Widgets begin with only “Open Mama Bloom.” A broad range and quick-action labels are separate opt-ins. Siri, Spotlight and Shortcuts open the protected app to continue; they do not speak cycle values or save a sensitive observation in the background.
If you explicitly enable them, Apple MetricKit crash, hang, energy and performance reports are scrubbed and retained locally in protected app storage. They are separate from your cycle record, are not uploaded to an analytics backend, and leave the device only when you deliberately export and send them.
No. Mama Bloom does not show fertile-window or ovulation estimates. You can record LH tests, temperature and cervical-mucus observations as dated entries for your own record; Mama Bloom stores them exactly as logged and never combines them into a fertility status, ovulation conclusion or timing advice. Do not use Mama Bloom for conception planning or contraception.
The Watch companion shows a privacy-sensitive forecast glance and supports quick logging for flow, pain, sleep and mood. It keeps showing today's cycle day for several days without the iPhone app being opened, and a quick log can be taken back for a few seconds. The Watch calculates nothing: the full evidence record and corrections remain on iPhone.
Only if you ask it to. A daily check-in and a note when your forecast range opens are both off until you choose them, and they are scheduled by iOS on your iPhone. By default a reminder waits quietly in Notification Center with discreet wording that names no cycle, period or symptom; you can choose to see your reminders as a silent banner instead. They never make a sound.
Core logging, complete history, period ranges, evidence receipts, the foundation Learn library, Apple Health access, bringing your history in from Apple Health or a CSV file, app lock, safety guidance, export and deletion remain available without a subscription.
Three Private Editions add 11 genuinely new guided chapters: Read Your Range, Compose a Care Story and Keep Your Record Yours. Each has original commissioned artwork, a deeper synthesis and a private reflection prompt. Progress and reflections remain local on your device. Core safety guidance and the foundation library remain free.
