Terms of Use
These terms describe Kettle Money’s planned App Store release: what the planning app does, how membership works and your rights as a consumer.

Which terms apply
Kettle Money is offered through the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The provider is Mama Bloom UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Oskarstr. 14, 01219 Dresden, Germany. This page summarises what else matters for Kettle Money; it doesn’t replace the licence.
Kettle Money plans; it doesn’t move money
Kettle Money is a planning app. It doesn’t hold, move, pay or transfer money, make purchases, or act as a bank, a payment service, or financial, tax or legal advice. Reserves in Kettle Money are planning figures, not bookings. The figures come from what you and your household enter, import or connect; please check important decisions against your own records.
Membership and free use
All available features are free for 21 days from your household’s start, or until you have applied a plan and settled a plan, whichever comes first. This free use does not start a subscription. Afterward, the essentials stay free. A monthly or yearly Household membership adds the remaining features for the adults in your household during its confirmed coverage period. The paying adult’s iPhone shares the membership status through iCloud; sharing requires a successful sync.
The App Store shows your local price and renewal terms before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting your Kettle Money data doesn’t cancel a subscription. Apple’s rules apply to refunds.
A shared household
If you invite other adults, they see the household’s plans, decisions and shared records. Your private accounts and statement lines stay private. If someone leaves, the shared history stays with the others.
Third-party services
Some features use Apple’s services (iCloud, Apple Wallet, Apple Maps, Apple Intelligence) and, once available, bank connections through Enable Banking. Those providers’ own terms also apply, and availability depends on your country, device and bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the law of the country where you live.
