Apple Health sleep data: If you grant permission, Mama Bloom reads sleep-analysis samples, time intervals, sleep stages, and sources that Apple Health provides. Processing takes place on the device for history, patterns, and Night Accord.
Private entries: Morning reflections, manually entered sleep intervals, practice notes, settings, and saved summaries are kept in app files on your device. Mama Bloom operates no user account or remote backend for this record.
Purchases: Apple processes App Store payment and purchase history. Mama Bloom uses StoreKit to check whether the Lifetime entitlement is valid; no Mama Bloom account is required.
Apple Watch supplies sleep evidence through Apple Health. Siri can start Wind Down. Notifications are scheduled only after system permission and can be disabled in iOS at any time.
On supported devices, Apple Intelligence may optionally phrase verified observations on device. Calculations remain deterministic; a fallback version works without this option.
This static website sets no marketing cookies, loads no third-party analytics, and contains no embedded form. Only when you choose EN or DE is that language choice stored locally in your browser.
The cPanel hosting infrastructure contracted by Mama Bloom UG processes technical request data such as IP address, time, requested resource, status code, and browser identifier for secure delivery. Production is intended for a server in the EU/EEA. Access logs must be limited to no more than 14 days unless a specific security incident or legal duty requires longer retention.
If you use an email link, your email provider processes the message. Mama Bloom receives the sender address, message content, and technical email metadata and uses them to answer the request.
App data stored on your device is not transmitted to Mama Bloom. The Health permission you grant in iOS controls local processing of sensitive health information and can be withdrawn at any time. Where GDPR Art. 9 applies, processing relies on your explicit choice and consent under Art. 9(2)(a), without Mama Bloom receiving that data. Direct requests rely on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f), legal duties on Art. 6(1)(c), and technical website security on Art. 6(1)(f).
Mama Bloom does not sell personal data and does not use health data for advertising. Apple Health data is not used to build advertising profiles. Apple, the contractually bound hosting processor, and your email provider act under their own terms or—where required—data-processing agreements.
App history remains on your device until you delete it in Mama Bloom or remove the app and its data. Support and privacy correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal record duties. Technical website access logs must ordinarily be deleted within 14 days.
Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. You may withdraw consent for the future and complain to a data-protection authority.
Email privacy@mamabloom.app for a privacy request. You can change Apple Health access in iOS under Privacy & Security → Health.
