Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply from 2 August 2026 to Mama Bloom: Sleep Tracker and its website. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

2. Wellness, not medicine

Mama Bloom provides sleep reflection and general wellness support. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace medical advice, examination, or emergency care.

3. Requirements and Apple services

The app is intended for supported Apple devices and operating-system versions. Apple Health, Apple Watch, Siri, Apple Intelligence, the App Store, StoreKit, and Family Sharing are Apple services subject to Apple availability and terms.

Compatible fitness bands work only when they write sleep data through a supported app into Apple Health. Mama Bloom does not guarantee a universal direct connection.

4. Your data and entries

You are responsible for the accuracy of manual entries. Manual sleep chapters contain only the intervals you enter. Export important data regularly and use deletion controls carefully.

5. Free foundation

Apple Health import, compatible-band import through Apple Health, manual sleep chapters, complete history, morning reflection, sources and coverage, Quiet Week, raw export, the default Wind Down, and the first complete experiment remain part of the free foundation.

6. Mama Bloom Lifetime

Mama Bloom Lifetime is one non-consumable in-app purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. The App Store shows the binding price, currency, and applicable tax before purchase. Refunds, Family Sharing, and storefront availability follow Apple’s terms and the relevant store configuration.

App Store purchases are concluded with Apple — in the EEA with Apple Distribution International Ltd. — not with Mama Bloom UG. Any statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, including the 14-day right for consumers in the EU, is exercised directly with Apple under the Apple Media Services terms; report a purchase problem at reportaproblem.apple.com. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Lifetime unlocks the deeper comparisons, extended practice library, private syntheses, and designed almanacs described on the purchase screen. It can be restored through StoreKit with the same Apple ID; no Mama Bloom account is required.

7. Availability and changes

Mama Bloom may adapt features where required for safety, law, accessibility, or platform compatibility. Material paid Lifetime functionality will not be removed arbitrarily. Statutory rights concerning conformity, updates, remedies, and refunds remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual property

The brand name, copy, illustration, orbit, Night Garden motifs, software, and designed almanacs are—unless stated otherwise—owned or licensed by Mama Bloom UG. The app grants only a personal, non-transferable right of use under the App Store licence.

9. Responsibility and liability

Mama Bloom aims to provide careful, explainable wellness information but does not guarantee sleep quality, energy, health outcomes, or complete sensor capture. Statutory liability—including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory consumer rights—remains unaffected.

10. Governing law

Where legally permitted, German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection at your habitual residence remains unaffected.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

Mama Bloom UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
