The Pace app
Pace stores appointments, prepared questions, tracker entries, private check-ins, saved moments, favourites, optional family context and an optional bump-memory photo in protected local app storage. Optional family context describes present-day care and logistics only; Pace does not use it as pregnancy history, relationship status or a medical signal.
App-owned records and photos are eligible for the Apple device-backup and direct-migration systems available to the device. Pace does not operate those systems, verify that a particular backup completed or provide live CloudKit sync. There is no Pace account or Pace health-record server in version 1.
An optional privacy lock asks iOS to authenticate the device owner with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. Pace receives only the result and does not receive or store the biometric template or passcode.
Neutral appointment reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. Pace does not use a push token or remote notification server. The reminder text contains no appointment name, place, question, note, due date, pregnancy week or journey state.
Moving to another phone
You can create an encrypted Pace recovery file containing the current local snapshot and app-owned photos. Pace generates a separate recovery code; the file cannot be restored without it. Keep the file and code in separate trusted places.
Pace previews and validates a selected recovery file before you confirm. A confirmed restore replaces the Pace data currently on that device. Recovery files you save or share are copies outside the app; deleting Pace data cannot delete those copies or copies retained by Apple backup services.
On-device writing support
Optional Premium intelligence is currently enabled only for reviewed English safety language. When Apple Intelligence is available, every explicit action creates a fresh tool-free on-device session. Draft Studio receives only the text in that workspace, plus the one-word presentation style you have chosen (quiet, balanced or clear), which selects between fixed reviewed instruction phrasings for the weekly-notes reflection. Living Margin Arrange receives only the one note you explicitly submit for that action. Visit Folio’s Pace Arrange receives only appointment-question text you explicitly select and may return only a validated source order; it is not given the appointment title, date, place, private note, tracker records, preparation, support requests, profile, photos or contacts.
When a service outside the app opens
StoreKit purchase, subscription management and restore, telephone, email, official-source links, document import and the Apple share sheet open only after you choose them. Those services operate under their own terms. Pace does not attach your local pregnancy profile or records automatically.
Premium is offered as optional monthly and annual auto-renewable access processed by Apple. Pace reads Apple-verified product and entitlement information needed to show access, renewal or expiry state; it does not attach your wellness records to a purchase.
This product website
This website has no account, advertising tag, behavioural analytics, session replay, due-date form or health-data form. Its care-card demo runs in the browser and is not submitted to Mama Bloom.
The hosting and network providers necessarily process ordinary request data—such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time—to deliver and protect the site. The named hosting provider, retention period and any international-transfer safeguards will be listed here once the production hosting configuration is confirmed.
