Pace, Pleaseby Mama Bloom

Contraction timer · free in Pace, Please

A contraction timer that records time, and nothing else.

Start when a contraction begins and end when it passes. Pace, Please keeps the spacing and rest between them on your iPhone — free, with no account — and never decides what the timings mean.Updated 9 October 2026

How it works

One press to startOpen the timer from Today, from Track, or — from version 1.2 — straight from Control Center, the Lock Screen, or the Action button with the “Start timing” control.

Start contraction, end contractionOne large button starts and ends each contraction. Live timing facts show the recorded spacing from start to start, the rest between contractions, and each start you marked.

A neutral Lock Screen timer, if you want it“Show timing on the Lock Screen” is off unless you choose it. It shows a timer and a count and never says what is being timed.

Sessions you can return toEach timeline stays in your history on your iPhone. You can resume it, and include it in a plain-text export when you choose to share.

What it will not do

It will not tell you when to call or when to go in. Follow the plan from your maternity team, and contact them whenever you are concerned.

It shows no labour reading, score, or alert. Help now — your care contacts and official urgent routes for the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany — is one tap away from Today.
