Is Pace, Please free?

Yes. Weeks 4–15 of the guide, every tracker and its history, movement and contraction timing, Help now, and privacy controls are free. Premium adds weeks 16–42, the postpartum guide’s later weeks, and deeper planning tools; prices come from the App Store.

No. It supports communication and organisation and shows the public sources behind its information. It does not diagnose, assess symptoms, or replace your care team.
