Pace, Pleaseby Mama Bloom

Weeks after the birth · from version 1.2

Twelve weeks after the birth, with the sources in view.

The fourth trimester gets its own guide in Pace, Please: one week at a time, a handrail rather than a schedule. Every factual line names the public source it comes from, with a link to check it yourself.Updated 9 October 2026

What each week holds

Recovery, with its sourceA short reference for that week, drawn from public health sources such as the NHS, ACOG, and the WHO, with a “Check this on…” link directly beneath it.

Words for your care teamOne question or request you might bring to a midwife, health visitor, or doctor that week.

Asks for your supportersSomething concrete a partner, friend, or family member can take on.

Something for the two of youA small prompt for you and your baby or your household — never a milestone to hit.

Clear edges

The guide is Pace’s summary of public sources. It was not reviewed by a clinician, and it says so in the app. It never calls a symptom or a feeling normal.

Help now and your care contacts are always free. If you have thoughts of harming yourself or your baby, contact emergency services or your care team now.

Questions

Is the postpartum guide free?

Weeks 1 and 2 are free. Weeks 3–12 are part of Pace Premium, an optional subscription; prices come from the App Store.

Do I have to enter the birth date?

No. Add it only if you want the guide to count the weeks for you. It stays on your iPhone, and you can change or remove it.

What happens to my pregnancy records?

They stay on your iPhone. If you later record a new pregnancy, everything from the earlier one stays saved and in your export, kept apart from the new one.

Is it for every outcome?

The guide appears when you choose “After pregnancy”. If a pregnancy changed or ended, Pace hides celebration and promotion and keeps support and safety.
